Seed Peanut Cake is a blend of suet, calcium and mixed seeds to provide wild birds with a high energy food source in a handy block. Ideally fed by attaching to a branch or feeding station by means of the integrated hanger, peanut cakes can also be fed from bird tables or on the ground to give smaller and more timid species (such as Dunnocks, Wrens and Blackbirds) a chance to enjoy them.Seed Peanut Cake is one of the highest calorie foods that we produce and are very popular with garden birds. Formulated from animal and vegetable fats and bound with peanut flour they have proved irresistible to a wide range of species.
Although traditionally used in winter, cake candles offer a useful addition to your birds' diet during other critical times such as breeding, moulting and pre-migration.
