Bought 25 kg of Twootz Insect pellets instead of mixing the flavours this time as I think the birds like the insect ones the best - not sure as they like it all really, I mix it with the seed which they also like as every morsel is devoured. They definitely need feeding more this cold weather so I am happy to put on my scarf and big coat to go out in the early morning to keep the feeders topped up so they don't go hungry - they also need more in this weather to keep warm.

As usual, ca't find any fault with Twootz and the best bird food provider in my estimation being the cheapest with quality food. I would never look elsewhere as they are always the best. Bought Insect pellets mixed with Nutty pellets all mixed with seed this time but will stick with the insect pellets next as I think overall the sparrows prefer this flavour.

Bought Insect pellets using Twootz and wouldn't use any other company - they are always my 'go to' for wild bird's food. I ad to it the sunflower suet pellets. Maybe the preference with the sparrows is the insect pellets. Now about to buy some seeds to add to both of them. Nor sure all the sparrows eat everything or what foods they prefer as I see them knocking out various things from their ports but overall what one prefers another one loves so I will always buy the pellets as well as the seed.

when you are filling the pellet feeder once a day maybe more, you know they are quality pellets. These are not too hard, or soft that they crumble to dust like some pellets. Ordering again (a month later as 25kg has gone!!)

These pellets are very essential for feeding my birds, especially baby sparrows. Sparrows eat seed, but babies need to eat insects. Suet pellets with insects are perfect for them, and more babies survive!

As usual, Twootz suet pellets are loved by my feathered visitors. I put them on my modified, roofed bird table. I have had to stick bars up on all the sides to prevent the feral pigeons from cleaning up and leaving none for the smaller birds.

I did wait 12 days or so this time for the seed to be delivered but as soon as I contacted customer services they got the order into the system and I had DHL deliver the seed within the next few days. Young birds if they've never seen the suet pellets before can be a bit wary but once they see the adults eating it and know it's safe the holder is empty in 10-30 minutes and filling up multiple times a day

They were a bit crumbly but put this down to the recent hot days.

Birds devour them as soon as I put them on bird tables.

Both the insect and berry suet pellets contained a total of over 3kg of sendiment and dust within the 25kg order.
I took photos of both and sent them to Customer Services saying how this was the most disappointing consignment I have ever received from Twootz - no reply received after a week.

Local birds love these, can't fill the feeders quick enough.

Order was delayed for a while on this occasion and I had to email to chase it up. However delays with delivery are perhaps understandable at the moment and the important thing is that Twootz excellent customer services team replied immediately and dealt with the issue quickly, so they will continue to have my custom. Plus the suet pellets are very good!

Pellets were ok when they finally arrived. Delivery was almost 3 weeks so had to contact Twootz to find out what was happening. Would have been nice to have received an email just to say there was a delay, as there was nothing on the website to indicate this until much later. Once dispatched my order arrived the next day.

I always find Twootz to be the go to bird food and now don't even bother to look into other company's products for the best deals as Twootz always comes out on top. Bought the insect pellets and berry pellets on their cheaper deal for two. I will be needing some seed (Dawn Chorus) to top it all up for my next purchase shortly. They are great!

Ordered insect suet pellets11th. Received bright pink pellets 20th! Berry? Interestingly, the box labels had been largely torn off.
Previous order from 3rd June 2022 not yet dispatched.
No response to two e-mails nor "instant" messages.
Nobody available to answer phone and voice mail box full.
I'm beginning to wonder if Twootz have stopped trading.
I'll order from elsewhere until the situation at Twootz becomes clearer.

As Always, my insect suet pellets were well packed and good quality, my garden birds love them. Also, they arrived on time.

We have a number of different birds in our garden and they all go wild for the suet pellets with insects. Strangely, they do not like the pink suet pellets!

I am disabled, waited 2 1/2 years for a hip replacement, so spend a lot of my time watching the birds. We have a number of different species of sparrows plus blackbirds, robins, blue tits, pigeons, chaffinches, bullfinches, sparrow hawk, kite and seagulls. We live in North Devon so also see buzzards flying around.

The blackbirds are fantastic. As a ground feeder they have great competition with the pigeons and the food put down for them was soon gobbled up. So they stood under the feeders with the suet pellets in them and when the smaller birds fed, they knocked a lot of food to the ground and the blackbirds where in clover until the pigeons cottoned on to this. The blackbirds now fly onto a bush under the feeder and then get onto the feeder, give it a good shake, quickly fly down to the ground go under the bush and have a good feed. This has really kept me amused and help pass many days.

My husband, built a bird box for the blue tits and then put a camera in it so that we can watch what happens. In past years we have had up to 12 eggs and all have hatched and fledged. The box has been in situ for 5 years now and although nothing is happening at the moment, we have had many hours of pleasure watching the young birds.

Thank you for the discounts and service you give, this really helps. On the down side your delivery person, arrived early, we weren't ready so took a little time to get to the door only to see the delivery van disappearing down the road. The parcel was just left on the top step, making it difficult to get out of the door and was definitely not given to me as stated in their email! Look forward to your comments on this.

Recently received my latest order of TWOOTZ Insect Suet Pellets........which the sparrows and starlings in our small garden, love.

It would appear that we also have a Sparrow Hawk (or it possibly might be two), that appears to periodically eat some from a tray feeder which is about a metre off the grass.

I am constantly filling the mealworm back up every couple of hours as it doesn't last long as i have around 15 house sparrows that all come together, 5 young starlings that come & fight over the food, a robin, jackdaws, 2 ferel pigeons & 4 magpies.We have a few buzzards that hover above our house & we've also had a buzzard sat in our garden for 2 hours eating a bird had caught.

I have mixed the suet pellet varieties and put them in a seed feeder and the small birds are just loving them. The garden is teeming in house sparrows and blue tits.

And now getting a daily visit from a young rook. Seem to be good quality pellets and I particularly like them because they are a smaller length so easier for young birds to eat. Also the packaging has improved and with a much stronger bag to avoid splitting etc.

The birds always like these suet pellets. Easy to store by tipping in a large bin. Keeps for ages. Even when they start to go sour (awful smell!) especially in the heat, the birds still eat loads.

I have used all of the varieties of suet pellets and I dont think the birds have any particular favouirite as they all vanish in a short time!

I have previously purchased various suet pellets before and have been happy with the quality but have this week started using a 12.6kg bag of Insect suet pellets and found the quality is not great. There is an excessive amount of fine dust throughout the product which ends up being deposited all around the area under the feeders and now there is a greasy layer on the floor around each feeder and it covers everything when refilling the feeders. Very disappointed

Our garden birds absolutely love these suet pellets. In fact, they eat us out of house and home - it's great we can get 2 boxes at a really great price including free delivery.

I do find the length of delivery is hit and miss, sometimes they're within the timeframe and others not.

I recommended these Twootz 2 boxes of suet pellet deals to a lady on an UK garden bird facebook group 2 days after I placed this last order. Hers arrived the day before mine!

Bought umpteen bags of these over the past few years, always been decent quality and very popular with a wide range of birds.
I mix dried mealworms in with the suet pellets at a ratio of about 1:6 by volume. Helps to stop the pellets clumping and mealworms are always popular.

These are a firm favourite with all birds and its great there is a variety of "flavours" :)

Although I ordered four different flavours all four boxes were the same (berry). Also the quality was not as good as it normally is as there were a lot of crushed pellets. Not sure why the quality was not as good as it normally is. The birds still loved the product but a fair bit got wasted as it was just dust.

This year the feeding frenzy started late which I put down to the loss of two oak trees, one had rotted through the heart and had a sycamore growing out of the the top of the trunk, the other oak had grown that tall that the Tree Preservation Officer advised that it was taken down at the same time as the roots must have close to undermining the property. Unfortunately this lost a lot of branches for the birds to sit and wait for the feed to be distributed. The neighbours on each side of the property have feeding stations as well.
At the moment I am still waiting for the return of the magpies, thrushes and two pied wagtails. There are several nests around the property and it will be mayhem again with the parents trying to feed the fledglings, last one starling was feeding three fledges.

Always have a lot of birds coming in to take these pellets. Very, very popular item to lawn feed. A corvid speciality, but also the Blackbirds, Thrushes, Chaffinches, Dunnocks, Robins and Sparrows.

These are loved by the Starlings and they are feeding them to their young. The pellets are quite small so are idea for smaller and young birds. It's fascinating watching about 30 Starlings all trying to get to the feeder at the same time and takes only a few minutes for them to empty the feeder.

Excellent delivery from DPD, as normal. Also normal, unfortunately, 1 of the packs was damaged. Me thinks mainly due to putting 2 together to save costs. Understandable but occasionally a problem when the product has actually leaked out from the box.

Just had another delivery of the suet pellets sold by Twootz, this time the insect option.

Delivery was prompt (day and time) by Tony our local DPD Courier man.

Last week my mother in law gave my wife some suet pellets she had bought locally to where she lives (brand not known) but the birds in her garden ignored them, so gave the remaining ones to us.

The birds in our garden, also ignored them when we tried them in one hanging feeder and on a ground feeder tray (our other pellet feeders had pellets from Twootz in them).

Having just purchased another SUPA suet pellet feeder, we filled it up with some of the insect pellets delivered today and within seconds, Blue Tits, sparrows and starlings were on the new feder eating away to their hearts content.

The suet attracts plenty of different garden birds. There's no mess and the quality of the suet seems very good. Give it a go your birds will love it .

The insect suet pellets are a very popular item in our garden. Not just with the tits but also with the blackbirds, robins and finches. Can totally recommend this product.

Suet pellets always go down a treat. I make a mix using these with mealworms and various seeds to fill containers, bird tables and on the ground.

There is some dust in this pack, still being enjoyed by all the visitors, but the feeders are suffering where the dust us building up.

I use these constantly. Scatter them under bushes for the blackbirds, robins and dunnocks to find them and give them a chance against the starlings! Very popular with all my birds. I used to only put these out in winter, but it seems the customers in my birdie restaurant demand them all year round. More baby birds seem to be surviving. Usually many don't, since my local Council is determined to cut everything down and cover it in concrete and buildings, thus reducing habitats and food sources. Both my gardens are wildlife conservation areas and so far I have 16 species of birds coming from all over to get food.

Not sure whether the fat pellets were the mealworm or the insect pellets as I ordered both. Would have liked to have known what was what for knowing the preference for the birds.

I have also told customer service on a previous delivery that I was very unhappy as the packing department left the cellophane bag open and so all the pellets dropped out - only a knot to secure the bag would have sufficed. Customer service said it would be passed onto the packing department but this batch has been received the same way. The packing department is really letting Twootz down as I used to really like them. It is left upside down with the bag open so they all drop out into the box and is now bringing in rats to the house from undiscovered dropped food. What has happened to their secure woven sewn up sacks they used to use which were so much better?

It means the woodpigeons can't just hoover them up.

Quality of product to usual high standard. Will speak to Customer Services but for reference this is the 2nd of last 4 deliveries (of 25.2 kg goods) where the actual cardboard boxes were damaged. Managed to stop the DPD driver from trying to lift the plastic bag containing 12.6kg of pellets as bags are not load bearing. Not drivers fault. Can I suggest you pack each 12.6kg box seperately instead of taping 2 together.

I have to fill my feeder every day, because they sit on the fence, waiting for me to appear, then woof the lot down almost immediately.

I've never bought suet pellets before but my girlfriend uses them on her feeder and the birds love them, so I got some. it took a few days for the birds to investigate the new feeder and new food but OMG - they are emptying the feeder in half a day! They can't get enough! I'm going to have to ration them!

We ordered 2 varieties of suet pellets about 2 weeks ago, the order arrived as we were down to the last few handfuls. Of that 25kg we are already down to about 5 kg so repeat order in today.
We have pigeons and collared doves and enough starlings to bring Pam Ayres poem to mind. This year we have several families of jackdaws, at least 1 pair of crows who see off the single magpie, and even the occasional rook.
We are feeding 3 times a day at the moment.
We also get a variety of smaller birds and a blackbird pair who let us know when more mealworms are needed.

Due to Covid 19 I think that Twootz have done a remakable job in getting orders out, and a reduced range for us to buy.

As there was no Utterly Butterly Peanut Butter for Birds available, thinking on my feet, knowing I was low on 'extras' as I call them (anything other than seed mixes), I opted for a box 12.6kg box of Insect suet pellets.

The birds in my garden like 4 flavers of pellets, mealworm, insect, berries and nuts.

Because the birds like the above flavours I usually buy a mixture of the 500gm bags both from Twootz and a local store about 2minutes drive away. But as I was getting low on pellets I opted for a large box, as I am aware that bird food supplies in general in all my local stores and now low or they have none.

Personally speaking I find all the items I buy for the birds from Twootz, gets eaten, whereas if I buy other brands, often they are left uneaten.

My/our garden is small but I have 3 ground feeders and numerous hanging feeders of which 4 are the Supa Suet Pellet Hanging Feeder, which is brilliant, as it has a clear plastic tubewith wire mesh fixed at the bottom, so only about a quarter is exposed to the elements at any ne time.

We fill all 4 pellet feeders each morning, by 3 oclock in the afternoon at the latest, all 4 are empty......so we then will top them up again, especially as we have a lot of young birds about.

I don't know what it is about the suet pellets at the moment, but they must be extremely good. I have just got through 12.5kg of these in 5 days - and that was with restricting them to only filling the feeders 3 times a day. If I refilled the feeders each time they were empty, I don't think they would have lasted 3 days.

I addition to the usual visitors, there have also been a couple of jackdaws trying their best to take some pellets from the feeders, which is quite amusing to see as the beak is too big to gain access easily, the stand is too small for them to stand on, they continually slide off and the starlings don't leave the feeders long enough for the jackdaw to build up confidence in attacking the holder - but the pellets must be good for the number of times they try to get some!

the wild birds big and small seam to go crazy for these pellets the only thing was the much larger birds toppled the stand over because they can not get their large beaks through the feeders which is okay by me or they would just open their mouths and eat the lot in one sitting. So I put some on a open pot saucer.

I put suet pellets out for the birds in a feeder - the sparrows enjoy them to the exclusion of other foods available.

I've bought this before - the birds love it. It is also a very good price. It comes well packaged, but care is needed in decanting. Make sure you have the box the right way up as the internal bag that holds the suet is very flimsy and cannot be lifted out of its box.

I have previously ordered just the mealworm suet from Twootz through their Amazon page, our garden birds are very fussy & only like Dawn Chorus suet, which it says it is on the Amazon site, but not on the main website. I think these suet pellets have enabled the new generation to grow up fit and healthy as I now regularly have a small flock of house sparrows in the garden, together with numerous tits.

I normally buy meal worm pellets but because they were out of stock I decided to try these instead. The birds don't seem to mind and obviously love them as I have to refill the feeder every day.

All the birds seem to love these insect pellets too, I usually buy 12.5 Kgs of these and 12.5Kg of the berry pellets ad mix them up in the feeders, then just sit back and wait for the mad rush as they all fly in surrounding the feeders, and try their hardest to empty them, which they soon do !
these pellets are a very good energy supply for wild birds, and at a very good price too, I have yet to find a better price for similar quality anywhere,

It took a while for the birds to become accustomed to suet pellets but now they love them. We've found that house sparrows in particular are attracted to the suet pellets with insects. They tend to feed in groups and their raucous chattering and amusing antics as they feed makes them a welcome addition to our garden

This is my first purchase of this product. The birds love this and I would definitely buy again. I mixed it with peanuts and placed in feeders and the birds ate all the pellets leaving the peanuts!

Excellent product - i have been buying these suet pellets for several years. Over the years i have tried most flavours/varieties but the multitude of birds that come to my window feeders prefer the insect suet pellets.

Getting lots of different types of birds now in my garden

I have an ever growing flock of starlings that wait for these suet pellets to be put out each morning.they empty my two containers in about 30 minutes.

Great product but box is too heavy and should be split up into smaller boxes, which are not heavy-duty taped together, especially as bag containing product is really thin and tears- unsuitable for product. The whole box of goods is vastly overweight ( heavier than holiday luggage, so it amazes me any courier will lift it)

I've ordered Twoot suet pellets before and I'm very happy with the quality of the pellets. This time though there was no plastic bag in the box,which meant there were pellets stook in every nook and cranny of the box,which made it impossible to transport them out of the box without losing some and making a mess on my floor.

The price, quality and mixture of flavours of Twootz suet pellets are the best I have found online and in local stores. I recommend them and will continue to purchase from Twootz.

I have been buying these since the start of the year and can honestly say that I have yet to find a better supplier the birds hoover them from the lawn as I scatter these tried all kinds of feeders but find scattering them and putting the fat balls on the table the best way for me and the birds all get a look in use about half a kilo a day but worth every penny to see the wild life thrive

I alternate these with mealworm pellets and feed with seed mix and fat balls each day these are very good quality and a reasonable price and the birds in my garden love them

This is the first time we've tried the insect suet pellets and the sparrows and blackbirds have been happily tucking in. Surprisingly, the dried mealworms have been the second choice in the majority of sparrows we've noted, with them regularly taking a larger pellet and disappearing onto the floor to eat at their leisure away from the squabbling starlings. We'll definitely continue to offer the berries and insect pellets as a 50/50 mix on the bird feeder in future.

These suet pellets are excellent quality and are enjoyed by not only the large number of birds that feed in my garden - but also by the squirrels and foxes that pass through every day. Great value for money too.

Excellent product and excellent value. This is the second time I have purchased these suet pellets and the birds just love them. They came well packaged.

These too are a much loved favourite of the birds in our garden, they eat them as fast as they eat the fruity ones, but the price is very good especially when buying 2 packs of the 12.55kg size, I haven't found them cheaper anywhere else, and don't expect to either.

Doesn't seem to matter which breed of bird visits my garden they all love these pellets and what great value and delivery times and all the products on this site. will be recommending to friends and family.

I have huge variety of birds and this helps bring in exotics like the woodpeckers but is equally enjoyed by the doves and corbins whilst the chickens clear up afterwards

the birds in my garden love these they wait every morning and when they see me coming to restock they start making such a noise my wife says they are shouting hurry up its breakfast time I give them a mix of fat balls wild bird seed and suet pellets which they gobble up but they never fight over despite the wide variety of birds we get I feel very blessed to live in a rural area and so far
we counted 2 blackbirds 1 male 1 female
over 20 sparrows 5 starlings 2 robins 4 bluetits and 2 ringed doves all at the same time
we have also had 1 woodpecker and 1 pheasant in the garden
the cost of feeding them is worth ever penny to watch the show they put on

as with the Berry pellets these are great value for money but again they do not last very long as the birds go mad as soon as I fill the feeders which although not small are empty in just a few hours.
